The Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland, Oregon, is a nationally accredited four-year college that trains masters and doctoral degree students in acupuncture and Oriental medicine.
Master’s Program
OCOM's master's degree program in traditional Oriental medicine is designed to train highly competent health care practitioners and to provide the foundation for ongoing study and development in the field. The OCOM program presents coursework and training in all aspects of traditional Oriental medicine, including the theory and practice of acupuncture, herbal medicine, therapeutic massage, nutrition, exercise, and qi cultivation.
Doctoral Program
The clinical Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine degree represents the highest formal educational credential currently available in the field of acupuncture and Oriental medicine in the United States.
The OCOM Acupuncture & Herbal Clinic
Located on the campus of the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, the OCOM Acupuncture & Herbal Clinic is the teaching clinic for the college. The clinic has 18 treatment rooms, a comprehensive herbal dispensary, and rooms for public lectures and seminars.
