Texas Chiropractic College, founded in 1908, is the third oldest chiropractic college in the nation. Renowned for its Hospital Rotation Program, TCC places interns on rotations in major hospitals and clinics in southeast Texas, including those in the world-famous Texas Medical Center. During these rotations, which include such specialties as neurology and orthopedics, interns gain valuable experience in hospital protocol. Upon graduation, this provides an excellent basis for them to become productive and respected members of complementary and alternative medicine health care teams.
In addition to a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, the college offers a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology degree and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health degree. Students may also enroll in courses through the Department of Undergraduate Studies in order to meet certain of the college's prerequisite requirements.
TCC's small class sizes and caring faculty provide each student with the quality education and support necessary to become a successful Doctor of Chiropractic and a respected expert in holistic natural health.
TCC's 16-acre campus is located centrally between Houston and Galveston, providing students access to the amenities of a large city as well as the beaches and warm water of the Gulf of Mexico.
Texas Chiropractic College’s Doctor of Chiropractic Degree Program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of the Council on Chiropractic Education as well as the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
